With over 20 years of experience leading teams across the Asia Pacific Region,  

Natalie understands what it is like to lead in an ever evolving environment. Natalie  supports leaders and organisations to co-create thriving cultures and propel purpose-driven growth. Her practice is firmly rooted in the belief that inclusion is at the heart of creating sustainable value for all stakeholders, and unlocking the full potential of organisations.  

Natalie combines insight into the intersectionality of human behaviour, tipping points of transformation, commercial acumen, and deep inquiry with credentials in positive psychology, adult education, design and futures thinking.  She creates environments where leaders feel both supported and challenged, to boldly explore the tougher questions, dismantle preconceptions, find new perspectives in the discomfort of paradox, and transform the way they interact with the world.

As a serial entrepreneur Tanya brings a unique perspective to our clients. Tanya has grown businesses from the ground up, managing diverse team in high pressure situations. Having bought and sold numerous businesses, Tanya travels the world sharing her expertise on dealing with the pressures of leadership in a constantly changing world, and how to get the balance that works for you.

A mother, an adventurer, an eldest daughter and entrepreneur, Tanya is best known for her keynote speaking on how to be a working woman without the guilt - and still find time to fill your soul!

Senior Associate

Taymon has one and a half hands, and has been shooting bows for almost his whole life. He's known for his commitment, discipline, and ability to make human connection. 

Taymon's lived experience benefits organisations who want to create inclusive workplaces where people of all physical abilities can thrive. Taymon speaks on inclusivity, mindset, the conditions for peak performance, and high performance teaming.

A High Performance Athlete in Archery, Taymon has represented Australia twice in the Paraolympics, and has won both the Australian Nationals and Ocenia Championships multiple times.  

Head of Finance

Roger Hawley is a 25 year plus experienced Chartered Accountant and Tax Agent, currently living and working in Brisbane, Queensland.

His area of focus is assisting entrepreneurs start and operate successful small businesses all throughout Australia. 

In the past, he has worked as an accountant for KPMG in Launceston, Tasmania and Ernst & Young in Tokyo, Japan. Since 2009 he has operated his own accounting firm in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, assisting start-ups and seasoned entrepreneurs. 

Roger separated himself from other accountants with his hands on approach and providing a ‘more than taxation’ service. 

After selling his accounting practice in 2021, Roger has focused on education and training small business owners. His passion for small business is electric. 

During his career Roger estimates he has helped more than 2000 business owners grow their business as well as buying and selling several businesses of his own. 

In his spare time, Roger enjoys trading shares on the stock market and studying foreign languages. He is fluent in Japanese.
